You can track your order from your account tab on this website. Simply login and if your order has already been shipped you will be able to access a trackable link. Please note UK orders may not have a tracking number as we use a 24 hour service which only provides us with a signature once received.

We love neoprene! We put a generous layer of neoprene on the majority of our collars (any collars which have not got neoprene or foam padding, we will be introducing in the near future)
Neoprene dramatically reduces any rash, irritation or fur burn as it’s very soft. It’s also waterproof.
