Refund Policy

The contract & acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, between K9 Quality and each customer, will only be formed when the buyer pays for the goods and funds have cleared. This contract is regulated under the ‘Sale of Goods Act

Return Policy
We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased from K9 quality. As most of our products are handmade it is rare we have any faults in stiching but compnents and hardware it selt cran malfunction or not work correctly. If a situation ever occurs when you receive a product, we will ask you to provide photographic evidence or short video clip, or in some cases return the product to our offices for examination before sending new products out. If you receive a product which has been issued with a defect that was caused by K9 Quality during manufacturing or during its shipment then it will be replaced with no cost incurred to the buyer.

1. In the situation that the size of any standard product is incorrect, because of incorrect information supplied by the buyer, K9 Quality is willing to replace the product for the correct size; however, the cost of the return of the item and re-delivery of the new item should be covered by the customer/buyer of the product.

 2. Any items returned to us must be in their original condition. We can swap products for other products if they are still in good condition but please bare in mind delivery will be at buyers cost both ways.
We do not accept liability for general wear and tear of our products incudling marks and sratches. if faults have occurred due to manufacturing issues, please contact us with photographic/video evidence. We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied and charges. We usually recommend recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.

 3. Bespoke fitted or embroided item, in case the measurements provided by the buyer were incorrect, unfortunately we cannot refund or replace produced items as they cannot be resold because they are personalized to an individual dog, so please take your time and pay close attention when measuring your dog and use our size guides. 4. The company K9 Quality reserves the right to change the return policy and shipping policy, or the terms and conditions without notification.
