K9 QUALITY LIMITED and their associates are providing their services to you subject to the following terms, which are also known as our terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”). By gaining access and choosing to peruse this website, you accept and agree to these Terms of Use. If you choose not to agree to these Terms of Use, you are advised to discontinue use of this website.

K9 Quality is an English registered company. If you need to contact a K9 Quality representative please fill out the form on our ‘Contact’ section of our website otherwise contact us at info@k9quality.com K9 Quality reserves the right to change and alter these terms without giving prior notice and it is up to the user of the website to take responsibility to return to this page to review any changes that have been made. These changes take effect from the exact time of posting on this website. It is advised before the purchase of any product that you review this section.

PRIVACY POLICY

​K9 Quality enforces a strict privacy policy which every employee of K9 Quality must comply with. K9 Quality will not disclose information of its customers to any third party. In the event of a sale, merger or acquisition of K9 Quality company, K9 Quality will transfer customer details to the new owners. The transfer of the information will be dealt with appropriately and in the most secure form possible.​​

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PRICES

Here at K9Quality, most of our products are handmade which makes availablitly an easy option as you can pre order for whosale and for bespoke items. If a product is available on our website that is because we have it in stock with us as we do not import items from other suppliers direct to customers.

K9 Quality prices are subject to change without notice. K9 Quality reserves the right to refuse or terminate/cancel orders when there has been website malfunction or error such as technical difficulty or an incorrect price being displayed. Notification to the customer will be facilitated immediately after this has been notified to us and any payment already received from the customer will be refunded.​

 

PROMOTIONS

​All promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION

​All orders will be dispatched within 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 5-7 business days for dispatch but this is rare.

Untracked postage is an uninsured delivery service and won’t have tracking information.

Tracked postage means the package is tracked through to delivery.​

K9 Quality does not take responsibility for any un-tracked or international parcels that go missing. Use of non-traceable shipping is at customer’s own risk and there is no way to retrieve or locate the package once it has been sent. We are not responsible or liable for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses

Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of Duty & VAT, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will need to email info@k9quality.com to arrange redelivery and will also have to pay for all postage costs.​

K9 Quality will help as much as possible to trace a missing parcel, however if untracked standard shipping is selected, it is the customer’s own responsibility to follow up with the carrier. Please direct any shipping related inquiries to info@k9quality.com

TAXES, DUTIES AND/OR VAT

​There may be Taxes, Duties and/or VAT applied by customs towards your order when, or after delivery is made. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping charge, and are unable to be paid for, or reimbursed by K9 Quality. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office.

RETURNS POLICY
The contract & acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, between K9 Quality and each customer, will only be formed when the buyer pays for the goods and funds have cleared. This contract is regulated under the ‘Sale of Goods Act

Return Policy
We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased from K9 quality. As most of our products are handmade it is rare we have any faults in stiching but compnents and hardware it selt cran malfunction or not work correctly. If a situation ever occurs when you receive a product, we will ask you to provide photographic evidence or short video clip, or in some cases return the product to our offices for examination before sending new products out. If you receive a product which has been issued with a defect that was caused by K9 Quality during manufacturing or during its shipment then it will be replaced with no cost incurred to the buyer.

1. In the situation that the size of any standard product is incorrect, because of incorrect information supplied by the buyer, K9 Quality is willing to replace the product for the correct size; however, the cost of the return of the item and re-delivery of the new item should be covered by the customer/buyer of the product.

 2. Any items returned to us must be in their original condition. We can swap products for other products if they are still in good condition but please bare in mind delivery will be at buyers cost both ways.
We do not accept liability for general wear and tear of our products incudling marks and sratches. if faults have occurred due to manufacturing issues, please contact us with photographic/video evidence. We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied and charges. We usually recommend recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
 

3. Bespoke fitted or embroided item, in case the measurements provided by the buyer were incorrect, unfortunately we cannot refund or replace produced items as they cannot be resold because they are personalized to an individual dog, so please take your time and pay close attention when measuring your dog and use our size guides. 4. The company K9 Quality reserves the right to change the return policy and shipping policy, or the terms and conditions without notification.
