The Elite Lightweight Collar is a very durable dog collar which is suitable for most dog breeds. A key feature in this collar is that the inside in layered with neoprene which gives exceptional comfort and is also water resistant which may prevent bad smells plus water being retained in material. You can adjust this collar from 12″ – 30″ which will give you a perfect fit.
